2. Shipping Locations

We ship within the United States to locations where hemp-derived products are legally permitted under the 2018 Farm Bill.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are legal in their state or locality.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on the carrier and destination and are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.


5. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Langhorne Hemp is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier directly.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos, order number).

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
